About the founder

I didn’t have a roadmap, I built one.

I know what it’s like to figure everything out on your own — and I also understand what families wish they could guide their students through.

As a first-generation, minority college student, I navigated applications, financial decisions, and early adulthood without a clear plan. Through persistence and strategy, I earned a full-tuition scholarship to the University of Florida — the top public university in the state — and graduated summa cum laude.

I went on to earn my Master’s in HR Management from FIU and built a career in campus recruitment, working with global organizations like Johnson & Johnson to help students step into competitive, high-impact careers.

Today, I combine both perspectives — personal experience and professional insight — to help students succeed while giving families confidence in the path forward.
